Last year (2022), these state-specific state scorecards were published after several blog posts analyzing each of the various metrics were published. 2022 was our first year publishing these reports. This year (2023), I am publishing these state-specific state scorecards first, and will follow-up with analysis of the major changes that occurred nationwide and within each state at later dates.
Note that both this year and last, these posts were done on data available the previous year. Posts in 2022 covered data from 2021, and posts this year will cover data available in 2023. Will strive to do better.
